How We Keep Dropout Safe

Dropout is a platform for open campus conversation. All content is created by users like you. Here's how we work to keep the community safe:

Content Moderation

• User Reports: You can report posts, comments, or users that violate our guidelines. Reports are reviewed by our team.
• Automated Filters: We use automated systems to detect and flag potentially harmful content.
• Human Review: Our moderation team reviews flagged content and takes appropriate action.

What We Do About Violations

When content violates our Community Guidelines, we may:

• Remove the content
• Warn the user
• Temporarily suspend account access
• Permanently ban accounts for severe or repeated violations

Your Role

Help us maintain a healthy community:

• Report Issues: Use the report button on any content that seems harmful or inappropriate.
• Be Respectful: Remember there's a real person behind every post.
• Think Before Posting: Consider how your words might affect others.

Response Times

We aim to review reports within 24 hours. Urgent safety concerns are prioritized.
